Eric began his work in education as a classroom teacher, where he developed a strong foundation in curriculum design, student-centered instruction, and instructional leadership. Over time, his role expanded into school leadership and educational entrepreneurship, guiding programs, teams, and institutions through periods of growth, transformation, and innovation. He holds a Master’s degree in Educational Administration from Seattle Pacific University, where he trained in organizational leadership, school governance, and strategic planning.
