She has been an English Instructor for more than 15 years, trying to make a direct impact on education by integrating technology and applications in the K-12 classroom. She is committed to creating a unique and creative environment to provide students with a meaningful and joyful learning experience.
Possess a Masters degree in English Language from Centro Nacional de Evaluación para la Educación Superior (CENEVAL), and University of Cambridge Teaching Certifications, such as ICELT, and TT. Was teacher trainer of CELT-S, CELT-P., and Cambridge oral examiner and invigilator. Also, was Cambridge exam tutor. Possesses a degree in Industrial Chemistry
Possesses Bachelor of arts in international business from University of St. Thomas in St. Thomas, Minnesota. Masters degree in translation and interpreting from University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia. Taught in the United States for 10 years and in Ecuador. He currently serves as Coordinator of special asynchronous programs.
Possesses a Master of Education degree with an Emphasis on English Didactics from the Universidad Externado de Colombia. Also, a Bachelor of Modern Languages degree from the Universidad Pedagógica Nacional de Colombia. Graduated as a Teacher of Spanish as a Foreign Language from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de Mexico. She has more than 15 years of experience as a teacher of English and Spanish for different grade levels (Colombia, Mexico and Costa Rica). During this time, she has honed her pedagogical skills to offer her students an enriching and creative experience, and which can be put into practice in real contexts.
Possesses a Masters degree in English teaching from National University of Cordoba (Argentina), and a Masters degree in translation and interpreting in English from the National University of Cordoba (Argentina). Has more than 30 years of teaching experience with students from elementary to college level. Also, is a Cambridge accreditor.
20 years in a variety of educational settings and institutions, graduated from London Business University with a Diploma in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages and a Bachelor's Degree in Art History. Has completed several certifications and diploma courses related to teaching.
All of the teachers at Ideal School are bilingual and bi-literate in Spanish and English. We actively seek teachers with a minimum of 5 years of experience teaching foreign language learners. All have at least a bachelors degree, and all have teaching certificates. Most importantly, all teachers at Ideal School love teaching and serving all students!
