AGREEMENT OF COMMITMENT AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PARENT, OR LEGAL GUARDIAN FOR THE ENROLLING ASYNCHRONOUS STUDENT

As the parent, mother, or legal guardian of the aforementioned student, I declare that I have been informed about the operation of the educational program in asynchronous mode and, based on this, I agree to comply with the following responsibilities:

Establish a daily routine that includes fixed schedules for study, rest, eating and recreation, adapted to the student’s needs.
Monitor the appropriate use of technology, ensuring that devices are used solely for educational purposes during study time.
Provide a suitable physical space for learning, which is clean, tidy, free of distractions and well lit.
Encourage my child’s autonomy and responsibility, motivating him/her to organize, complete tasks and solve problems on his/her own, offering help only when necessary.
I will consult the educational platform consistently and keep up to date with my child’s progress.
I will seek help when I have academic or technical questions.
Constantly review the educational platform and the media used by the teacher, verifying the completion of tasks, delivery dates, and relevant messages.
Maintain constant and respectful communication with my child’s teachers in order to monitor my child’s academic process and resolve any concerns or situations that may arise.
Provide emotional support, listening to my child, validating his/her emotions and supporting him/her in situations of frustration, stress or lack of motivation.
Recognize and positively reinforce my child’s achievements and efforts, motivating him/her to excel and maintain a positive attitude toward learning.
Establish healthy limits, reducing distractions such as video games, social media, or other non-academic activities during my child’s study time.
Set an example with my behavior, showing responsibility, punctuality and commitment to family and educational activities.
Guarantee, to the extent of my possibilities, the material conditions necessary for the development of the program (internet access, school supplies, digital tools, etc.).
Support my son/daughter in building personal and academic goals, helping him/her understand the value of education for the present and future.
I made sure my child gets up on time to start their classes and homework.

This contract is a commitment to teamwork between parents and children. Our goal is for students to be responsible, independent, and successful in this educational model. *

Have you read the school's refund policy? REFUND POLICY: All diagnostic tests are non-refundable. Digital books are non-refundable. Annual tuition fees are non-refundable. Only the unused portion of your tuition payment will be refunded. For refunds, you must complete a withdrawal form at: (https://idealschool.education/early-withdrawal/). You must also email [email protected] and inform the administrative department of the reason for your withdrawal from Ideal School. Once the withdrawal form and email along with your Early Withdrawal Fee are received (see the Early Withdrawal form for the exact fee amount), you will be refunded, as mentioned above, the unused portion of your tuition payment.
