Eric C. Franzen is a veteran educational leader, entrepreneur, and innovator with more than 20 years of experience advancing high-quality education across traditional, online, and international learning environments. As Co-founder and Director of Ideal School, he has built a career at the intersection of academic leadership, bilingual education, and global school development, with a strong personal and professional connection to Latin America.
Eric began his work in education as a classroom teacher, where he developed a strong foundation in curriculum design, student-centered instruction, and instructional leadership.
